## Description

This acquisition is proceeding as Full and Open, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE:

**Y1KF, NAICS Code:** 237990. The size standard for this code is $45,000,000.

All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Lisa Ip: Lisa.I.Ip@usace.army.mil.Estimated Cost Range is between $10,000,000 - $25,000,000.JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes the dredging of MOTCO wharves 2 and 3 to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification, Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) screening of dredged material to 3 inches, MEC clearing of the detention basin and borrow area, construction of new berms and installation of reinforced polyethyline liners in the detention basin cells 1 and 2, discharge of effluent water from the detention basin cells 1 and 2 to the local wastewater system in accordance with the Delta Diablo Special Discharge Permit and disposal of MEC Debris.

All material is suitable and shall be taken for disposal at the Detention Basin Cells 1 and 2.This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about 09 June 2025 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents.ALL BIDS will be due on/about 09 July 2025 at 01:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
