## Description

Amendment 2-The purpose of this amendment is to update the Pricing List to remove Category 5 Testing from Option Year 1 and 2. Category 5 Testing will be required for base year at beginning and end of Option Year 3. See attachment (Revised -Attachment 2 PRICE LIST)

Amendment 1-The purpose of this Amendment is to Extend the Response From 28 October 2024 to 8 November 2024.

The US Army Corps of Engineers Francisco Distirct, San Francisco, CA (SPN) requests a proposal for the Coyote Valley Dam (CVD) and Warm Springs Dam (WS) Elevator Maintenance, Inspection, Testing and Repair Services.
