The vendor will be responsible for treating the wastewater in accordance with the CDF site National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit (refer to Performance Work Statement Attachment 3), including all monitoring, testing and reporting. The primary contaminants in the water to be treated include: Total Suspended Solids, PAHs, PCBs, BTEX, metals including low level mercury, ammonia, oil and grease. The system must be capable of treating between 13 million gallons and 15 million gallons a month. The Government anticipates awarding one five-year, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, Task Order Contract from this solicitation to a small business. This is a total small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562211 for treatment and disposal of hazardous wastewater. The NAICS small size standard is $47M. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
