The surfaces must be fully cleaned and degreased prior to application of any sealants, fillers, or adhesives to not compromise adhesion. Portions of walls are obstructed by structural steel which shall be left undisturbed, however the conduit can be dismounted and moved as necessary to complete this Work. The pits are approximately 20x20 ft, with a depth of 48 ft below surface grade.
