## Description

AMENDMENT 0003

**PURPOSE:** This Amendment is to CANCEL Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. W912P5-26-B-A002 in its entirety.

Following bid opening, the Government determined that funding required to support this acquisition is no longer available. As a result, the Government is unable to proceed with contract award. Therefore, Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. W912P5-26-B-A002 is hereby canceled, and no contract award will be made under this solicitation. The Government appreciates the time and effort expended by all bidders in preparing and submitting bids.

AMENDMENT 0002

**PURPOSE:** The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1) Provide revised Technical Specification.

2) Provide Government answers to questions received from Industry.3) Provide updated Wage Determinations for both KY20260041 (Building) 05.18.2026 and KY20250061 (Heavy) 05.18.2026 4) Update FAR 52.252-3, Alterations in Solicitation.
