## Description

**Amendment 0001:** Cheatham Lake O and M Solicitation is hereby amended:

**PURPOSE:** The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions submitted via ProjNet Bidder Inquiry.

1) Section C, Q and A has been added.

2) Section L, 2.3 BONDS has been updated.

3) Clause 52.228-16 Alt 1, Performance and Payment Bonds-Other Than Construction has been updated.
