## Description

**Amendment 0002:** The purpose of Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W912P525BA001 is to incorporate the following changes:

1) Extend the deadline for bidder inquiry from 14 February 2025 to 24 February 2025.

2) Extend the deadline for receipt of bids from 24 February 2025 to 10 March 2025 at 12:00PM Central Time.

3) Provide Government answers to questions received from Industry.

4) Provide revised Technical Specifications, and Drawings.

5) Update FAR 52.252-3, Alterations in Solicitation.

**Amendment 0001:** The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912P525BA001 is to incorporate the following changes:

1) Bidder Inquiry closing date is 14 February 2025.

2) Provide Sign-In Sheet from Pre-Proposal Site Visit.

**3) Include Attachment:** W912P5-25-B-A001 TPlans - Package A Q15-OHSSR-C-103 - 2025-01-30 The USACE, Nashville District (LRN) is acquiring a Design Bid Build (DBB) Construction Contract for the removal of an existing sewer treatment system and construction of a new sewer treatment system on the Lock side and the existing powerhouse side of Old Hickory Project Site.

The work includes replacement of existing sanitary sewer lines, construction of new Polyethylene force main, construction of one (1) lift station in the left bank area of Old Hickory, construction of one (1) new lift station in the Old Hickory Powerhouse, construction of one (1) new jib crane in the power house for pump removal, and construction of one (1) flow meter in the new discharge line of the new lift station in the powerhouse. Please review the technical plans and specifications that will be provided upon request due to security categorization.
