The contract will be for an anticipated performance period of 29 January 2024 through 25 April 2024. The Contractual period of performance may be adjusted if transport is delayed due to weather conditions other than ice. Pre-Bid Site Visit: The vessel will be available for inspection from 6:00 AM to 1:30 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, 21 December, 2023. Reservations are required. To make a reservation and get detailed directions to the location of the vessels please contact Mr. Timothy Colburn at Timothy.E.Colburn@usace.army.mil, 216-973-8517. The location of the pre-bid site visit will be the US Army Corps of Engineers Cleveland Area Office, 1035 E 9th Street, Cleveland, OH 44114. Although the project is thoroughly described in this Statement of Work (SOW), intereste offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled pre-bid site visit. Amendment 0001: A Revised SOW has been posted to reflect the site visit date above (SP-17 in the SOW) Amendment 0002: Questions and Answers are attached. A revised SOW/Bid Sheet is attached that eleiminats CLIN 0017 from the Bid Sheet and associated language in the SOW.
