The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 dated May 22, 2024. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov. 3. The solicitation is a set aside for Small Business with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333924 - Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing or Service Code (PSC) 1730 – Aircraft Ground Servicing Equipment 4. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred, or associated with, in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation, W912L6-24-Q-1001. 5. The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for the following items: Contract Line Item (CLIN) DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT OF MEASURE 0001 Tiger Tug 8.0 2 EACH 7. Delivery and Acceptance will be at Jefferson City, MO 65101, FOB Destination. 8.
