The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Liebert and EATON UPS system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services, as defined in this PWS. Vendors need to stock parts and/or have a relationship with the prime vendors that allows you to secure any necessary parts rapidly. Vendor must provide a certified letter from EATON and one from Liebert stating that their business is an authorized Third-Party vendor. Vendors must describe parts attainment process. What are the sources (EATON, Liebert, or cannibalized/older units)? Priority will be given to Authorized third party vendors who get parts directly from EATON and Liebert.
