The contractor must be found acceptable based on the factors listed in Clause 52.212-2 in the Solicitation. The awardee shall meet all requirements of a food preparation/serving business within the State of South Dakota. No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation of affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor. Potential contractor must complete the System for Award Management (SAM) process prior to award of contract. This acquisition shall be 100% small business set aside. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at the SAM.gov website.
