Presently, it is anticipated that the proposal schedule will require proposals for each of the following catagories: Breakfast Meal, Lunch Meal, Dinner Meal, and Sack Lunch/Dinner. The meals will be required during the approximate time frame of 6 July through 25 July with four potential Option Periods. Potential contractor must complete the System for Award Management (SAM) process prior to award of contract. This acquisition shall be 100% small business set-aside. For NAICS 722310 for Food Service Contractor the small business size standard is $38.SM. The vendor who is awarded the contract will be required to conduct a pre-performance meeting scheduled approximately for July 1-5, 2025 at Camp Rapid, SD.
