ADDENDUM to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Sep 2023) Addendum to FAR 52.212-1(b), Submission of offers. The offeror shall submit an electronic copy of their dated quote via e-mail to katina.l.moore7.civ@army.mil solicitation number (W912LQ-25-Q-A010) in the subject block by Thursday, October 2, 2025, no later than 11:00 AM EST. Facsimile quotes will not be accepted. Offerors who do not provide all the required information with their quote may be deemed NONRESPONSIVEfor further consideration for award.
