These services are essential to maintaining hygiene, operational efficiency and overall well-being for servicemembers conducting field training at Fort Pickett. This is a combined synopsis solicitation in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.105(b) and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreements resulting from this Request for Proposal (RFP), Solicitation Number W912LQ-25-R-A002. Multiple awards may be made if in the best interest of the government. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991 Septic Tank and Related Services, with a small business size standard of $9.0 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is W085. This requirement is a small business set-aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAR) 2025-04, effective date June 11, 2025. Each BPA awarded will have up to a five (5) year ordering period with a maximum ceiling of $1,000,000.00. The minimum call value is $1.00 with a maximum call value of $250,000.00. Calls below the micro-purchase threshold may be placed without providing for fair opportunity. All calls will include an individual statement of objectives or product description and, if over the micro-purchase threshold, be competed allowing for a fair opportunity amongst the BPA holders.
