Youth attending the camp will require meals throughout the event. C. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract resulting from the Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 722320 (Caterers) with a business size standard of $9 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is S203 (Housekeeping – Food, Food Services). This requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation, and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. D. The Government will not pay for costs associated with the preparation of a quote in response to the solicitation. E. To be considered for an award, vendors shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the representations and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current. F. Payments will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application in accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7006, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions. G. The Government’s obligation for performance of this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
