## Description

AMENDMENT 01 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quote.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06, effective 08/29/2024. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 33411 with a small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The Iowa National Guard is seeking to a purchase Apple iPad Air M2 per the salient characteristics (specifications) listed in Attachment 1 – Purchase Description.
