This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06, Effective 08/29/2024. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $40 million. The contractor shall provide lodging (sleeping rooms), meeting rooms and meals for a Yellow Ribbon Event, as described in Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS). See the PWS, paragraph 5.0 and sub-paragraphs for specific requirements. The offeror shall provide a firm fixed price (FFP) for the entire event, inclusive of lodging and meeting room rental, parking passes (if applicable), meals, beverages, and applicable service fees. The Government is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax and Hotel/Motel Tax. The period of performance is 20-21 September 2024. Place of Performance is within a 30-mile radius of: 4540 Melrose Ave Iowa City, IA 52246 Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation, submitted in accordance with the solicitation, provides the lowest total price to the government.
