## Description

The contractor shall provide all clinical, administrative, and management personnel necessary to deliver comprehensive Medical Case Management and Care Coordination Services (MCMCCS) for the Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) The primary scope of work involves managing Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) profiles (such as MRC3 and DRC3), coordinating with civilian and military health systems (MEDCHART, eCase, MEDPROS), preparing and presenting Medical Evaluation Board / Physical Evaluation Board (MEB/PEB) case files, and staffing rapid-surge and off-site mobilization readiness events
