The combined synopsis solicitation, W912LD24Q0026, is released and attached. This announcement will be open for less than 30 days in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). The Rhode Island Army National Guard (RIARNG) requires Wireless Audiometric Hearing Test System (WAHTS) inclusive of 4 option years of annual calibration and maintenance. The RIARNG intends to award a sole source purchase order to WAHTS Hearing LLC (Cage: 9RU14) in accordance with the attached sole source justification. This is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
