The Colorado Army National Guard is requesting quotes for phone and internet services. Please see attached PWS and Solicitation document for additional details. When providing prices please use the attached Pricing template. In order to be considered technically acceptable, your quote must be able to have 100% operability and all circuits in place NLT 1 March 2025 to allow the COARNG a 1-month transition period before expiration of current circuit contract.

The COARNG is requested quotes for a base year contract with 2 option years. The COARNG has the following tentative timeline for this requirement: Questions due - 12/20/2024 Answers posted - 12/23/2024 Quotes due – 01/03/2025 Award made and notification to vendor – 01/08/2025 03/01/2025 Contract start date (all circuits must be in place and working)
