## Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Please review attached Purchase Description for product specifications and build.

2. This solicitation is 100% set a side for Small Business with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333924 - Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing or Service Code (PSC) 1730 – Aircraft Ground Servicing Equipment 3. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred, or associated with, in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation.

4. The Colorado Army National Guard (COARNG) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for the following items: Contract Line Item (CLIN) DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT OF MEASURE 0001 Tiger Tug 8.0 1 EACH 5. Delivery and Acceptance will be at AASF Buckley Space Force Base Aurora CO 80011, FOB Destination. 6. Questions shall be submitted electronically, via email, by or before September 20, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. noon EST to Michael.k.colbridge.mil@army.mil.

7. Quotes shall be submitted electronically, via email, by or before September 24, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. noon EST to michael.k.colbridge.mil@army.mil. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to ensure quotes and documents are received prior to the close date and time.
