Performance shall occur 22-27 June 2025. 5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information as dictated by the Statement of Work. 6) Quotes shall include the following: Company Name Street Address City, State, and Zip Remittance Address DUNS number CAGE Code UEI Tax ID Discount Terms 7) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government.
