## Description

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

**Requirement:** The Dental Case Manager shall ensure that every West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) soldier is medically ready to execute his/her state and federal mission by identifying those Soldiers not meeting dental deployment standards, reviewing the treatment plan, and coordinating dental treatment to ensure that Soldiers meet dental deployment standards prior to mobilization.
