## Description

WVARNG has been tasked by the Under Secretary of Defense to create the Civilian-Defense Critical Infrastructure Center of Excellence (CDCI-COE) to be the collaborative hub for all mission assurance related activities at state and federal levels.

Integration of all capabilities across the domains of Civilian and DoD Critical Infrastructure Key Resources (CIKR) assessments, Cybersecurity, Unmanned Aerial Surveillance (UAS), CBRNE/Emergency Response, and Security Operations to ensure risk protection against all exploitable threats and hazards which could disrupt or destroy state and federal government procedures or assets while causing injury or death to the citizens of the United States.

Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform services to support the CDCI-COE. The contractor shall provide Integrator, Planner, LNO, Mission Assurance Analyst, and Mission Assurance Instructor capabilities. These positions shall strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that support DoD Mission Assurance objectives as defined in the DoD Mission Assurance Construct (DoDI 3020.45).

The contractor shall possess minimum of a SECRET clearance from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DSCA). CONUS/OCONUS Travel requirements. The contractor shall conduct Mission Assurance Assessments in accordance with assessment requirements defined in the DoD Mission Assurance Construct (DoDI 3020.45) on DoD TCAs supported by civilian utilities.
