Originally, this support service was thought to be a GPC purchase. The Yellow Ribbon Coordinator made a reservation to Town of Smyrna for this event. He did not know that this is over the micro purchase threshold limit for GPC purchase. In addition, due to the event is already scheduled, canceling it will create issues due to personnel attending the event were already made.
