The contractor shall provide a fully functional residential camp facility, food, personnel, nurse, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform activities for children, ages nine (9) through eighteen (18) in the state of Oklahoma for a five (5) day, (4) night residential camp. **NOTE:** PLACE OF PERFORMANCE WILL BE AT THE OFFEROR'S PROPOSED LOCATION. 7.
