## Description

Non-Clinical Case Management Services are required to effectively prepare, track, and assess the medical readiness of WYARNG service members according to the service member’s specific medical readiness requirements to achieve the highest levels of medical readiness and deployability for assigned federal and state missions. A coordinated interdisciplinary plan of care for a Soldier from injury/illness/disease through returning the Soldier to duty or medically separating the Soldier from the organization.
