In doing so, the CST maintains readiness for rapid deployment to assist Incident Commanders (IC) in determining the nature and extent of an attack or incident; providing expert technical advice on Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) response operations; and identifying and supporting the arrival of follow-on state and federal military response assets. The contractor, with coordination from the 91st Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Team (WMD-CST), shall perform several tasks as defined in 4.0 below. Period of Performance Performance will be 26 – 30 August 2024. Training day operations for exercise participants expected to be conducted within the hours of 0600-2400. Place of Performance a. Flagstaff, AZ b.
