## Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice. The Texas Army National Guard intends to issue an Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price service contract (non-personal), to provide a range of 50-75 role players and 10-20 training mannequins in support of the Texas Homeland Response Force Team training exercise.
