## Description

Catered Meal IDIQ for Fort Worth, TX. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L1-24-Q-1071.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 dated May 1, 2024, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20240425.

United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)- Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to a single vendor for Catered Meals/ Boxed Meals Services in Fort Worth, Texas in accordance with Attachment 1- 4. The vendor must be capable of performing in two different locations during the same period of performance.
