## Description

This solicitation for catered meals is amended to add questions and answers and to extend the due date and time. See the attached SF30 amendment 0001 and the combined synopsis/solicitation amendment 0001. The SF30 amendment 0001 should be acknowledged and signed and submitted with quote. The new combined synopsis/solicitation amendment 0001 form should be used to submit your quote on.

Catering Services at the McGregor Range geographically located between El Paso and New Mexico. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L1-24-Q-1047.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 dated May 1, 2024, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20240425.

United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)- Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Catered Meals Services at McGregor Range, Chaparral, NM in accordance with Attachment 1 and 2. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 722320 –Caterer. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside.
