End of lifecycle conditions are the driving force for procurement due to current resources are unable to perform dental x-rays for KYARNG service members during the periodic Physical Health Assessment (PHA) screening Per AR 40-35 Par 3-17. **2.0 SCOPE:** The Office of the State Surgeon Kentucky Army National Guard (KYARNG) has identified specifications for procurement of a Panoramic X-Ray machine to meet all requirements for dental screenings and treatment diagnosis by the state dental officer toward all service member(s) both screened and treated accordingly to specific dental conditions and/or indisposition.
