Description: The Kentucky Army National Guard intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Air Rescue System for the UH60-L (attached) Air Rescue equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by the deadline set in this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining how to proceed with the planned sole source acquisition for this requirement. The Government will not pay for any information, or quotes, received in response to this announcement. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621910, with a small business size standard of $22.5M.
