\n\nService Description: The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) Surgeon’s Office requires contract medical provider services to perform medical readiness examinations, including Periodic Health Assessments (PHA), Post-Deployment Health Assessments (PDHA), and Post-Deployment Health Re-Assessments (PDHRA), to maintain and improve the Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) goals of the Maryland Army National Guard.
\n\nThe Period of Performance shall be for one (1) full year from the date of award.
\n\nAnticipated PoP: 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2027
\n\nThe contractor shall provide a licensed medical provider between the hours of 0800–1630 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, except on recognized US Federal holidays, during administrative closings, or when the Government facility is closed due to local/national emergencies.
\n\nLunch Break: A 30-minute unpaid lunch is scheduled for each duty day.
