Evaluation Criteria: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). a) Price: Pricing shall be complete. The Unit Price, Amount, and Net Amount shall be completed for every item/CLIN. The Government intends to evaluate offers and make award without discussion; however, this does not preclude the Government from having discussions if it is in the best interest of the Government to do so. A copy of the proposed menu must be included with your reply.
