To increase the testing capabilities of ERDC beyond the current physical constraints or size of the BLS, SMB is constructing a 12-ft x 12-ft Advanced Blast Load Simulator (ABLS-12) which will soon be used in large scale testing at ERDC. This new system is nearly complete and in the final stages of calibration testing. With this new system, comes the need for the development, and performance, of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Engineering Support Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide non-personal technical assistance to ERDC-GSL as defined in this PWS. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
