This requirement provides in-person instructor support to the PEC's Strategy and Leader Development Institute (SLDI) and the Personnel and Operations Readiness Battalion (PORB) located at PEC. Instructors in these organizations train key senior leaders across the ARNG in critical task areas relating to the readiness posture of the Army National Guard. The solicitation is a total SBA Certified WOSB set-aside, and all eligible parties may submit an offer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 – Educational Support Service Contractors and the size standard is $24,000,000.00. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 13 March 2024. The offer closing date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued.
