## Description

The purpose of the requirement is to provide Maine Army National Guard (MEARNG) Recruiting and Retention promotional items. Promotional Items will consist of apparel, office supplies, and bags to market the MEARNG for recruiting and retention purposes. Prior to full scale production a sample proof will be approved by MEARNG Recruiting and Retention. All Logos and custom graphics will be provided by MEARNG Recruiting and Retention Battalion. The solicitation will be issued on or about 02SEP2024.

The NAICS code is 339950 - Sign Manufacturing. The PSC is 9905 Signs, Advertising Displays, And Identification Plates. The requirement will be issued as 100% Small Business set-aside..All offerors shall have an active registration in SAM and PIEE at the time of the solicitation closing in order to be considered for award.
