REQUIREMENT The New Mexico Army National Guard requires prepared (boxed) meal services to support Annual Training and other scheduled training events at various locations throughout New Mexico. The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one or more qualified vendors to fulfill this recurring requirement. Anticipated Services Include: Meal preparation and delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meal delivery to training sites throughout New Mexico (locations will be specified in individual BPA call orders). Meals shall meet Government nutritional standards and any special dietary requirements (details provided in Performance Work Statement - PWS). 6. BPA DETAILS Period of Performance: 1-27 June 2025 Estimated Quantity: [various quantities as ordered] 7. EVALUATION CRITERIA The Government will evaluate quotes based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). 8.
