The intent of this solicitation is to award a single, firm fixed-price purchase order for supplies described in the Description of Requirement. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business firms. Offers shall include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation.
