This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors shall include a quote with sufficient description and pricing to evaluate compliance with the requirements of the attached solicitation and description of requirments. An award will be made to the offer with the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
