## Description

This is not a request for quote or proposal. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to sole source to Woods Hole Group, for tjhe transmission service of Argos Tags. This will be for monthly access to the satellite/data platform collecting data from the Argos tags that are currently deployed on threatened and endangered species of birds in the island of Hawaii. The data collected from these tags is vital to meet deliverables in ongoing research projects within the Ecological Resources Branch.
