The GSL requires a preventative maintenance performed on both XRD and XRF instruments. The functionality of all components should be checked and adjusted to meet original equipment specifications. Maintenance will include cleaning of the optics and body, checking alignment of the equipment, and checking its overall functionality and functionality of motorized parts. Malvern Panalytical must ensure and certify that both instruments are in good working order. The award will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $12.5 million. This notice of intent is for information purposes only. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A solicitation will not be issued.
