## Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to issue an award on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)) to The Praevius Group, Inc., 417 North Main Street Suite 104, Salado, Texas 76571-6134 for Leadership Development workshops in the Environmental Laboratory (EL) for the strengthening of leadership skills that enhances the work performance of EL Branch Chiefs and leaders in their interactions with colleagues, management, and each other. The minimum needs for this service contract are:

The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and services necessary to conduct Caprock® leadership training that may use Case-Ex® video case studies of the dilemmas and decisions of EL supervisors/team leads, conduct leadership development workshops using the Case-Ex® video case studies, perform coaching, and facilitate workshops. This work shall be executed by subject matter experts and trainers with the following qualifications:

1) experienced with the Caprock® and Case-Ex® approach;

2) knowledgeable about the unique dilemmas faced by ERDC supervisors who lead an R&D organization;

3) experienced with formulating leadership development programs for supervisors who don’t have previous leadership experience outside their technical realm of expertise;

4) experts in communication, including conducting analyses, recommending improvement strategies, and providing implementation feedback; and 5) understand how to lead in a semi-virtual environment. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training with a Small Business size standard of $15 million.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same or similar supply. All capability statements received by the closing date of this publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
