This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued and quotes are being requested. The objective of this contract is to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for the instrumentation located in the EPC branch of the Environmental Laboratory at ERDC, Vicksburg, Mississippi. Table 1 contains a list of the potential instrumentation to be maintained located in the Environmental Chemistry Branch (EPC) of the Environmental Laboratory. An instrument is defined as the main piece of equipment with all require peripheral pieces. All listed instrumentation is optional, the base year and all optional years will cover up to 51 instruments. This contract includes all functions, tasks and responsibilities normally performed by certified field engineers. All work must be performed by field engineers certified by the instrument manufacturer to preform maintenance services that include, but are not limited to, preventative maintenance; service and repair for any system malfunction; and routine maintenance and repair/replacement of existing components and parts to sustain daily operations. The contract shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and new parts. All parts requiring replacement must be replaced it new factory parts from the instrument manufacturer. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Federal Law, Mississippi State Law (s), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Army and installation regulations. Annual maintenance is solicited for the laboratory instruments listed below.
