Additionally we require 1 year of NEI support (phone support and access to website support for all 5 of the required items).There are no substitutes available. This is not a request for proposal or quote. Purchasing additional Trimble equipment will allow the new items to work with the existing equipment. Trimble has regional licensed distributors, and Navigation Electronics, Inc, is the dealer for this region. Navigation Electronics, Inc., is a small business. The GPS units are used to identified and map locations during field sampling efforts. The team is currently using Trimble GPS products for their ongoing efforts. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR 13.106-1. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541370 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. All, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including price, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same item and or service.
