(CAGE 9SBY3) for TEMA Software Upgrade. The Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory (GSL) has a requirement for annual software maintenance and upgrades to their existing versions of the TEMA software upgrade is requested due to the compatibility with the IEEB’s current, existing high-speed cameras and TEMA motion plane wands. The requested upgrades also require continuous updates and bug fixes throughout that exercised upgrade year. These annual software upgrades are vital to calibrate objects captured on video in a 3D space and will provide necessary improvements to the current equipment by enabling the wands to be calibrated to collect object trajectory data in a 3D environment. This software is used in the calibration of high-speed cameras for measuring the speed of projectiles during IEEB’s penetration research. The award will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 513210, Software Publishers , with a size standard of $47. million.
