## Description

Amendment 2 - The purpose of this Amendment 2 is to extend the submission deadline of the solicitation from 1000 AM EST to 1700 PM EST on 15 April 2026.

Amendment 1 - The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to publish responses to the questions submitted during the Questions and Answers period of the Solicitation. Please see Q&A Responses document in Attachments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 – Streamlined solicitation for commercial products or commercial services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, dated 13 March 2026. See Attachments for additional details.
