## Description

The objective of this requirement is to provide 30 to 40 fulltime physical fitness facility gym memberships for military personnel located at the GAO building; one time visitor passes for visiting military personnel; and one time visitor passes for military personnel stationed at the GAO, but do not utilize the gym enough to justify fulltime memberships.
