## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 – Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06, dated 25 July 2024 .

This solicitation is issued as an UNRESTRICTED request for quotation (RFQ). All interested vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. The assigned NAICS code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The size standard for this NAICS code is $34,000,000. The Product Service Code is J036 Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment – Special Industry Machinery. See attachments.

The purpose of Amendment 1 is to provide technical information on the 2 units below:

CBT-1201 Vacuum Interrupters Inc., Circuit Breaker Timer 3 MAC-TS4 Electronic Vacuum Int. Test Set 5 See 2 attachments. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation stay the same.

The purpose of Amendment 2 is to provide an answer to a question received.

**Question:** Please provide calibration information for MEGGER FB759X GROUND TESTING KIT.

**Answer:** The item is just a cable kit and does not need to be on the list. It does not need calibration. Attached is the closest information the Government has for the kit. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation stay the same.
